
| The Mission of the Franklin Youth Initiative is to promote the growth and development of a wide variety of prevention and intervention programs to foster a safe environment for the communities youth. In order to accomplish this mission, eight subcommittees have been established to address these issues focusing on: safety, social services, education, outreach, business, faith-based, youth involvement, and recreation.
